You would have received a driver name and contact number by Sydney Charter Bus by phone or email..
When everybody has collected their baggage and is are ready to go, they should call the driver and proceed to the Group Pickup area located next to the terminal.
The coach will be waiting at the bus and coach holding area less than 2 minutes away.
When the driver receives the call he/she will go to the Group Pickup area.
The clients shall walk out of the terminal on the ground floor and turn LEFT (east) and proceed to pickup area where the minibus or coach will be waiting.

Minibus and Coach Bays number from 1 to 18.
Coaches - bays 1 - 9
Minibuses - bays 10 - 18
The walk takes about 2 minutes once you've left the terminal.
If in doubt about the location of the Group pickup area, please ask the airport staff or a friendly minibus or coach driver for directions.
